Since 2016, the First in the Field Board has provided funds to the Princess Patricia Canadian Light Infantry Fund, Homes for Heroes, Edmonton Garrison Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC), the Veterans Association Food Bank, and École Morinville's Dandelion Club for military children.

Each year, the First in the Field Board organizes an annual Remembrance Day Donation Drive collecting food, gift cards, and cash donations for the Veterans Association Food Bank (Edmonton).
